11 Haziran Mezuniyet Törenine katılacak öğrencilerin dikkatine;
-Cübbesi olmayan öğrenciler katiyen stada alınmayacaktır. Mezuniyete katılabilmek için cübbelerinizi mutlaka tedarik ediniz ve mezuniyete mutlaka cübbelerinizle geliniz.
-Kortej yürüyüşü sırasında kullanılmak üzere yaptırılan, hazırlanan tüm pankart ve tabelalar mutlaka SKS tarafından onaylanmalıdır. SKS tarafından onaylanmayan pankart ve tabelalar kortej yürüyüşünde katiyen kullanılamaz. Bu sebeple mezuniyet töreninden önce pankart ve tabelalar için SKS den gerekli izinleri mutlaka alınız.
-Mezuniyete katılacak öğrencilerin 11 Haziran saat 15.00 itibariyle Muğla Atatürk Stadyumu arkasında yer alan öğrenci toplanma alanında yer almaları gerekmektedir. Bu alanda mezuniyet partisi yapılacaktır. Trafik ve kalabalık faktörlerini göz önünde bulundurarak belirtilen saatte öğrenci toplanma alanında yerlerinizi alınız. İlgili birim yetkililerinin bilgilendirme ve yönlendirmelerini takip ediniz.
-Tören öncesi bekleme süresince, kortej yürüyüşü ve mezuniyet töreni esnasında herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşanmaması adına yürümeye uygun rahat ayakkabılar tercih ediniz.
Attention to students who will attend the 11 June Graduation Ceremony;
-Students without robes will never be allowed into the stadium. In order to attend the graduation, be sure to provide your robes and come to the graduation with your robes.
-All banners and signs made and prepared to be used during the cortege march must be approved by SKS. Banners and signs that are not approved by SKS cannot be used during the cortege march. For this reason, be sure to obtain the necessary permissions from SKS for banners and signs before the graduation ceremony.
-Students who will attend the graduation must be in the student gathering area behind Muğla Atatürk Stadium as of June 11, 15.00. A graduation party will be held in this area. Take your place in the student gathering area at the specified time, taking into account traffic and crowd factors. Follow the information and guidance of the relevant faculty and department staff.
-Prefer comfortable shoes suitable for walking in order to avoid any problems during the waiting period before the ceremony, the cortege walk and the graduation ceremony.
